Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions are general arrangements, rules and requirements that a company uses in many similar contracts. Individual contracts contain a reference saying that the terms and conditions apply. Consumers must be able to read and agree to the terms and conditions in advance so that they can be applied to their individual contract.
