Legal notices database

The Austrian legal notices database (Ediktsdatei) is a database maintained by the Federal Ministry of Justice and contains legal information published by courts. Examples include announcements and decisions with regard to insolvency proceedings (such as the opening of bankruptcy proceedings) or forced auctions. Online access to the legal notices database is free of charge.
